No More Private Beta Invites After August 15, 2007

We have already approved over fifty beta invitations. We will cut off the invites at 100 users or by August 15, 2007, whichever comes first. Mashables.com will have the exclusive story on August 14. Following is a list of features that are planned to be avialable on August 15, for the private beta users.

We are starting the private beta with support for Digg.com. Here are the features that will be available:

Dashboard

  • Submission Tracker
    • Track all the stories you submitted (and the stories which your friends have submitted) within the past 24 hours
    • View a list of all friends who dugg each article.
    • Know when your article has made it to the “Hot in….” section or to the front page with color coded data.
    • Links to the article, source and comments for each article.
  • Links to places within Digg.com that are useful to visit for those who submit articles. For example, the “submissions by friends” page.

Profiles

  • Each registered Digg.com user already has a profile at Notifir.com that updates on demand.
  • Every user’s profile (registered or not) has a submission tracker as defined above.
  • The only difference between the profile and the dashboard, is that the non-registered person can not receive messages externally.

Administration

  • Input an email to get reminders outside of the system.
  • An internal mailbox for inter-system communications.
  • All your friends are listed, along with the opportunity to contact other friends within Notifir.com.

August 15, 2007 we will announce additional features that will be avialable for the public beta, which begins September 2, 2007.

Thanks for the invite. The site looks great so far. It forced me to step up my digg activity so that i can see it in action. :)
